Stefano and his team were amazing. From the start of the project Stefano was very approachable and easy to communicate with. He offered us some great suggestions when we weren’t 100% sure where to take our redesign, and there’s no doubt the finished product is better because of them. A bump in the project — in the form of a crack in our foundation — sidetracked his work a little, but Stefano presented us all our choices and made us feel really comfortable with our decision — and he was still able to get everything done on time.
In general, we found Stefano and his team to be very professional, reliable, conscientious and extremely detailed in their work. They were always on time, left everything super clean and tidy, and it was easy to have them around if we happened to be at home while the work was going on (not to mention how patient Stefano was with our very-protective dog). All in all, he couldn’t have made the renovation any easier for us.
